Mr Schumann even brought out a piece of Bermuda grass, which was about one square metre, in a plastic bag to create the stunning course. Slowly but surely it became greener and now the whole golf course and another two courses in Adeje and Play de Las Americas are grown from this one piece of grass which a friend gave him. The well established 27 hole international championship golf course offers residents of Golf del Sur fabulous unspoiled views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as Tenerife 's majestic mountain range. Now the the world comes for Golf del Sur Villas. The beautiful architecture of the commercial centre San Blas provides a host of shops, restaurants and bars etc. In addition, built close to the entrance of the Golf del Sur is a rapidly expanding commercial and business area that includes garden centres, hardware stores, furniture showrooms, supermarkets and hypermarkets. Thus, the visitor at Golf del Sur has the additional comfort and ease of shopping for any commodity close at hand without the necessity of driving into Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
